Nnux (Ana E. López) is a multidisciplinary artist, composer, and performer from Mexico, currently based between Mexico City and Berlin. Her practice weaves electronic and acoustic music, performance art, installation, and digital art, with a deep investment in symbolic languages, poetry, and storytelling. She explores how art can serve as a space for reflecting on our collective potential for personal and social transformation — and our capacity to imagine different futures.

Metamorfosis

Metamorfosis is the artist’s second album. It explores the possibilities of the human voice through the digital audio manipulation of the AVAJI choir, blending it with beats and synthesizer layers. The piece follows the journey of a shapeshifting deity who, in each track of the album, assumes a different physical form—storm, flower, fire, star, animal—learning to understand the world through each new perspective it inhabits.

NNUX

1. Metamorfosis audiovisual concert (Ex Teresa CDMX, 2025).

The live show is an audiovisual performance in collaboration with visual artist LVSTVCRV, featuring the full album ‘Metamorfosis’ played in its entirety, combining live vocals, synth, electronics, and double bass.

The concert can be presented in different formats depending on venue capabilities: in its full format (featuring the AVAJI choir), as a solo performance by Nnux, or as a duet with Arturo (double bass and vocals) / with a reduced vocal ensemble.
